This Privacy Policy explains how Flappy Kart for iPhone and iPad and Flappy Race for Android handle information related to their users. These games are published by SLG Developer. The apps do not require users to create an account, sign in, provide an email address, or submit personal details in order to play.
SLG Developer does not sell personal information. SLG Developer does not directly collect personal information such as a legal name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera input, microphone input, or payment information through the app. However, the app includes advertising through Google AdMob and optional online multiplayer features. Those features may involve technical data processing by third-party services or transmission of gameplay data, as described below.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Do Not Ask You To Provide
The app does not ask users to provide:
- Legal name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Postal address.
- Date of birth.
- Government identifiers.
- Contacts from the device.
- Photos, videos, camera access, or microphone access.
- Precise device location.
- In-app payment information.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app may store local settings so the game can remember preferences between play sessions. These settings are stored on your device and are typically removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Local data may include:
- Sound, music, display, or control preferences.
- A player nickname selected inside the game.
- Selected player color or appearance options.
- Local score, gameplay progress, or game setup options, where applicable.
Please do not use your real name, email address, phone number, or other personal information as your player nickname.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
The apps display interstitial ads through Google AdMob. SLG Developer does not control all information that Google or its advertising partners may process to deliver, limit, measure, secure, or improve ads. Depending on the device, region, user consent choices, app store requirements, and Google's policies, Google AdMob may process data such as:
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers.
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Device type, operating system, language, app version, and other technical information.
- Ad impressions, ad interactions, clicks, and measurement events.
- Data used for security, fraud prevention, frequency capping, diagnostics, and policy enforcement.

Users may be able to limit ad personalization, reset the advertising ID, or manage ad privacy preferences through device settings, Google settings, or consent prompts where available. On iOS and iPadOS, tracking permission can be managed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Permission is not required to play.
5. Online Multiplayer
The apps include optional online multiplayer features. To provide multiplayer, the app may connect to game
servers, including official or project-related servers such as jibby.games, user-hosted servers, or
other servers selected by the user.
When you use online multiplayer, the app may transmit data necessary to create, find, join, and synchronize a game session. This may include:
- Player nickname chosen by the user.
- Player color and appearance choices.
- Room, match, or join code.
- Server or room name, if a user creates a game.
- Ready status, spectator status, host status, and player status.
- Gameplay events such as movement, jumps, score, death, race time, progress, and match results.
- Technical network information needed for connectivity, such as IP address, port, latency, and connection data.
Multiplayer data is used to operate online gameplay. Some multiplayer information, such as nickname, color, score, and match results, may be visible to other players in the same game session. Do not use personal information in nicknames or server names.
6. Device Permissions
On Android, the app uses internet access for online multiplayer, ads, and required network connections. The app may also use network state information to check connectivity. The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, calendar, SMS, or personal files.
7. How Information Is Used
Flappy Kart on iOS/iPadOS uses internet access for online multiplayer and advertising, and may request App Tracking Transparency permission for advertising. Its optional Remove Ads purchase and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app handles purchase status to enable the entitlement; it does not receive your card details. Apple processes purchases under its Privacy Policy.
Information described in this policy is used to:
- Run the game and its menus.
- Save local preferences on the device.
- Provide single-player and multiplayer gameplay.
- Display, measure, secure, and protect ads through Google AdMob.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Sharing of Information
SLG Developer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared in the following limited situations:
- Google AdMob: for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
- Apple StoreKit (iOS/iPadOS): for the optional Remove Ads purchase and restoring that entitlement.
- Multiplayer servers: to connect players and synchronize online games.
- Technical providers: if necessary to operate the app or related infrastructure.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
9. Data Retention
Local preferences remain on the user's device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the app. Multiplayer data is primarily used during game sessions and is not intended to create permanent user accounts. Third parties such as Google may retain advertising-related data according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to limit the information the app directly handles and to reduce privacy risks. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Users should avoid sharing personal information in nicknames, room names, server names, or any text visible to other players.
11. Children's Privacy and COPPA
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) protects the personal information of children under 13 in the United States. SLG Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require accounts, email addresses, legal names, phone numbers, postal addresses, photos, camera access, microphone access, or precise location to play.
The apps are intended for a general audience and are not designed to collect personal information from children. If children use the app, we recommend parent or guardian supervision, especially for online multiplayer and ads. Children should not use real names or share personal information in nicknames, server names, or multiplayer sessions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@slgdeveloper.com. We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete such information if it exists under our control.
12. User Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain data processing. You can:
- Clear local app data from Android settings.
- Delete the app on iOS/iPadOS, or uninstall it on Android, to remove its local game data.
- Avoid online multiplayer if you do not want gameplay data transmitted over the internet.
- Limit or reset the advertising ID through Android or Google settings, where available.
- Manage tracking permission in iOS/iPadOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

13. International Users
The app may be available in multiple countries. When using online features or ads, technical information may be processed in countries other than your own by providers such as Google or by multiplayer servers. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location.
